really liked it

I loved Little Women as a child and I can't remember how many times I've reread the book. Anne Boyd Rioux starts with a look at the parallels and differences between the book and Louisa May Alcott's life story. She then looks at the influence of the book over the years. The final section discusses whether the book is still relevant today and why it's not being taught in high school and college. It's well researched, well-written and timely. 2018 is the 150th anniversary of the book. If you love Little Women, this is a must read.
