really liked it
bookshelves: audio-collection, read-in-2011

I particularly liked the ending of Ceremony. The majority of the story is pretty typical of the Spenser novels, but Parker being willing to place the decisions he did in his heroes in a novel written in the 80's stands out to me as brave and remarkable.

Cathy DuPont Jeff: Just picked it up yesterday. We ARE on the same schedule. Had to slow down due to holidays though. Darn those interruptions which keep me from so many pleasurable hours!

Jeff Yoak I still suspect that you'll pass me. Look how fast you've caught up! I have stand-alone novels and three other series running in parallel. :-)

I'm about 20% of the way through Ceremony at this writing. I'll come close to finishing by end of day, but probably won't finish. I don't read much on weekends, so the most probable finish date for me is Monday.

Cathy DuPont Yes, I'll finish tonight or early tomorrow...
