This was a very enjoyable holiday read! I was looking for something fun and easy with a bit of magic and a dash of romance and this book completely delivered.

In this book we are introduced to the delightful Klaus family and the eldest son Nicholas who is destined to take on the reins of "Santa" when his father retires. Sadly for Nicholas, however, his true love lies in cooking rather than toy production and delivery and when he falls in love with a baker from the throws all of the North Pole into a bit of a talespin!

I loved all of the characters in this tale from the independent Lucy, to the moody Nicholas, his band of younger brothers and his delightful parents. The pacing of the novel is perfect and the author's descriptions of the North Pole are simply magical. Add in a healthy dose of some steamy romance and it's a perfect read for a cold winter's eve!

I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun quick holiday read and who doesn't mind the steamy bits
