This was a captivating and interesting book to read that I could not put down. It is about the 1960's and intergrating black and white people in Jackson, Mississippi. I loved that the author wrote this story in three different point of views. My favorite had to been Minny's. Her parts of the book I was cracking up because she is one sassy lady!! Beautifully written and this book draws you in from the first sentence. I recommend this book to everyone. You can't go wrong reading a book like this and it has something for everyone.
