I have read Gluten-Free Girl's blog for a while so decided to read her book. I don't have celiac disease but have enjoyed her recipes and blog. When I first started reading the book, I really wasn't enjoying it. And didn't even know if I was going to finish it. Although I love food, the book felt like a rehash of "good quality food" and living in a "wonder bread" era. I also am not sure how practical it is for those with celiac disease because the author is a foodie. And many places she mentions are only based in the Seattle area. But the recipes were mouth-watering and I can't wait to try a few of them.
