I met Rachel at Bookcon this year at a signing. She was incredibly nice, and we (along with my friend Mari) discussed the length of Sarah J Maas books. She seems really cool!

That being said, this book is not hitting me like it hit all these women in my FB book group who loved it. In part because I'm not a parent, and in major part because I'm not religious. Thus some (maybe most) of this advice falls flat for me.

I do like the discussion of viewing yourself like a friend and dont cancel so much on your friend. That is definitely a different way of looking at breaking habits that I think I'm going to try!
