really liked it
bookshelves: childrens, historical-fiction, steampunk, borrowed-from-the-library

I really enjoyed the interweaving of illustrations and the written parts of the story. I thought they both made a great impression on the story being told. And the story was good. I appreciated the story more after I read the notes at the end. I always wondered about the picture of the space ship landing on the moon's eye. :)
