it was ok
bookshelves: 2018, arc-physical, from-publishers, genre-paranormal, age-young-adult, canadian-authors

Soo it took me a while to pick this one back up, and when I did I literally just skimmed through most of it. There hardly a plot, it consisted mostly of Nita talking to her Zannie friend, and eventually you know what happens, they start to like each other. Even if he’s a literal monster who feeds on other living beings’ pain. Interesting concept and world, but the execution fell flat and I eventually grew tired of reading about them giving each other loving looks.
