I received this book free through goodreads firstreads giveaway. This book started strong for me, as I enjoyed the main character and how his story, past and present, revealed itself in unexpected ways. Definitely an interesting look at war and its repercussions. The story lost me in last few chapters, as the lines between past/present and reality/delusion blurred.
