really liked it

This is another good standard Lucas Davenport novel. It revolves around a Russian spy being murdered in Duluth and why the man was there. The premise seems far fetched at first, but Sandford develops an interesting way to make this work. There is a web of former Soviet spies and their children that are living "normal" lives. We see both points of view, and once again, it works. Yes, there is more death to come, but you don't really know until it occurs. Lucas is also assisted by a female Russian federal agent, yet the sexual chemistry is kabooshed when her and Weather strike up a friendship. You know Lucas will solve the case in the end, yet it is exciting of how he got there still. Sandford continues to be one of my favorites.
