Not as intricately woven as the other books, Labyrinth and Sepulchre, as expected by it being about half the size of the other two but a good interesting read after all. I couldn't put it down once I got into it. The story is sad but demonstrates the very real affects of grief on those left behind, especially on those society says shouldn't show feelings.
