The suck fairy visited this one, and it's a 2.5 rounded vaguely up (I want half stars as an option!), whereas I remembered it as a 4 at least, from my teens.

This is a book about two siblings that fall in love. They're sixteen and seventeen at the time, and this details that crazy time in their lives. It's no more than a year total, and while it's good and the characters are mostly relatable, it only skims the surface and you don't get a real feel for what's really going on, which is a shame.

This author seems to have a thing for books in the format 'so this is what happened, I'm telling it as I remember it' (I've read at least one more book where she did this), which can be good but is also kind of limited as far as POV and details go. So, yeah. 2.5 stars.

(And not available in English, so idk why I wrote this review in English to begin with.)
