Disagree with the philosophy but the essential point of allowing others to be who they are without personalizing their choices helps deal in relationships. I got a lot out of the basic jist of the book even though I disagreed with the religion. Some truths rang true...everyone makes up their own world by what they think and choose to believe, therefore we have choices that affect how we see and feel in life. We are much more in control of our feelings than we think.
