Excellent. Covers many dimensions of the current state of the food industry, from farmers and grocers to multinational processed food companies, growing concerns about contamination/to issues of the imbalance of food distribution, and the future of food for the growing population. The book is not only informative and thought provoking in its content, it is well written and engaging as well.
