This is a story about a girl that likes to be in control of everything, because she is afraid that if she looses this control she wouldn't know who she is.

After Avery's mother abandoned their family she started being like the mother of the family, taking care of everyone and trying to be perfect. But in the meantime Avery forgot how to be a teenager and enjoy life, so she acts like a little adult, who doesn't believe in nothing that it's not science os that can be explained. That's until she meet Zac, this crazy boy who just lives the moment not caring what anyone thinks and who wants to teach Avery how not to be miserable, but Zac has his own problems.

Avery needing the money accepts to be the boyfriend thief, so all she got to do is make Zac fall for her, so he can dump Hannah, her arch enemy, that's easy right? Well it's easier said than done, because the more Avery spends time with Zac the more she feels connected to him, like maybe someone really understands her, so she can finally stop pretending.

This is just a sweet story about flaws and learning to live with them, and most important sharing them with someone you care.
It was such and easy read that I devoured the whole book in a few hours, it was story full of humor and wit, it was really well written and I enjoyed every part.
