it was amazing

I enjoyed the prose style (nonjudgmental, but witty tone that reflected the author's insight as well as sensitivity), and I understand the author had to have some limitations to the anecdotes she featured in the book (in terms of demographic, and sexual orientation of the featured individuals' stories).

I think the last chapter was concise and well-written too (the "advice for mothers and daughters" section). The only thing I would have liked to have seen more of was if the book could've been a little more inclusive of the male gender (not in terms of content, but in terms of presentation/marketing -- though that in itself could've been a marketing decision on the part of the author or publisher). After all, in the heterosexual scene, both guys and girls are part of the same equation :)
