The second book in this series lived up to the fun of the first one. A fast-paced, pulpy sf story about Kitty Katt, now a member of a secret government organization that includes actual aliens. Aliens who are all gorgeous and wear armani, including her new boyfriend.

This time, instead of the alien monsters, we get an anti-alien factions, as well as some bigots inside the alien community. We also get another round of Kitty being oblivious to the fact that someone close to her has been in love with her for years. Not that they can win her away from her hunky alien.

It's a fun romp that should definitely not be taken seriously, but is a great book to read if you're sick on in a funk. Just don't expect any deep meaning behind anything.

I look forward to reading the next book in the serie.
