Mark's work seeks out images like an eager child & carefully turns them into patterns w/ the accomplishment of an adult.

"The book is printed in full and multi-colour throughout, using a total of 15 ink colors, the product of 4 weeks working on old hand-driven Roneo stencil printers, and a new Gestetnet digital stencil machine. This hybrid of near-obsolete and up-to-date technology has resulted in a book that looks, feels and smells unlike anything you've ever seen."

& I have to agree, The printing alone is luscious & the sense of design makes this a very enjoyable object to have around. It's like a favorite toy taken to a meta-level.
