it was ok

I tend to rate zines based on their original fiction, so I should point out that despite the two star rating, there are nice essays in this issue - a remembrance of Leguin, and one on Black Panther and Representation - as well as an entertaining reprint by T.A. Pratt, "Three Petitions to the Queen of Hell".
The best of the originals is Irregularity by Rachel Harrison, a sci-fi horror tale with a nice tone and atmosphere that is cursed with uneven pacing and a predictable third act. The other two stories are forgettable, but Cassandra Khaw's "A Priest of Vast and Different Places" is at least graced with her roomy, elegant prose style.
The cover art is magnificent, though.
