The Everything Store: Jeff Bezos and the Age of Amazon

Surprisingly lot of fun to read through.
Fortunately the story itself hasn't been flattened to common knowledge & awe about most successful products - there's a lot about Bezos'es roots (but not much about his private life - contract to recent Branson's biography), about beginnings of Amazon, plenty of funny internal stories (that have made me laugh aloud when commuting :D), some very meaty details regarding how Amazon org culture has been gradually shaped - all of that without too much sugar, in fact without much judgement in general.
It's not a business manual (damn, I hope you weren't looking for one here ...), it's an amusing story to feed your curiosity regarding home Amazon was shaped - and it fulfils this role in just about perfect way.
