it was amazing

The author lost two close relatives within a short space of time and her world changes dramatically. The Camino de Santiago calls to her and she sets out to walk 500 miles in 34 days - the only space she can find in her busy diary. Indeed she is still recovering after knee surgery!
Each day she walks she sheds a little baggage from her past, as well as physical baggage which she mostly donates to strangers in need.
The people she meets along the way are all mirrors for her own issues, and she shares these very honestly with her readers. Every pilgrim is walking a hard path but they support each other in many unexpected ways.
This book walked into my life at the perfect time. Thank you Sonia.
