I almost gave this one 4 stars but decided that I did really enjoy it. I love the Bedwyns!! I think they are my new favorite family. This book did get on my nerves some because of how Judith was treated by her family but I loved Rannulf and loved getting to know the Bedwyns a little more. Can't wait to read the next one.

Side note: I don't really get the title of this book. You would think with a title like Slightly Wicked that the characters would be a little wicked. Anyone else feel this way or is it just me? Maybe Mary Balogh had a hard time coming up with a word that sounded good with slightly.

June Well their adventure under their aliases was "slighty wicked". In fact, when Judith first sees Rannulf she is thinking about his features and is trying to find the right words to describe him and thinks "slightly wicked" is a just description of him. pg 12

Mary Kathryn Thanks mom!! That is a very good point. Not sure why I didn't think of that.
