I wonder if old people would like this book better than I did. I didn't like it - it seemed like one of those sci-fis which you think might be clever but it's a satire that had too much going on at once to feel like actual world-building. Besides that, it seemed as though the author didn't feel like making any characters, rather just these wallpapers on a dystopian backdrop that only interact to make a joke, be distant or move the "plot" along. I wasn't feeling it. Oh by the way, we're doomed. Again. Frickin' America, the root of all evil (only past a certain point of course because everything before our generation was so golden and nostalgic).
