In the book Through my eyes, Tim Tebow tells us his story from his point of view, not the view of others. He tells us how he came to be, though others thought he would not survive ( in many aspects of his life). I found this book to be revealing about the man we know as Tim Tebow. The truths behind what he does. So many people doubted him, and yet, he came out stronger than they had perceived. Through my eyes was many things. It was a beautiful regard for human life, a story about how God is always taking care of us. It was a view of some one's life from their own eyes, viewing their own mistakes, failures and success. I think that he is brutally honest with us at times that it would hurt to bring up the subject. It was a person on a pedestal who told us how he got there and what he used it for. He used it in many ways to share the gospel with those that, for whatever reason, could not obtain it. The theme in this book, though, I believe is rising above adversity. Rising above their negativity, making it so that he got what he wanted.

I think this book was a some what, inspiring autobiography of a person of general interest. Time telling us what he thinks his life has been like. The book was interesting in the beginning, but towards the middle and end, the book started to lag with football scores and game replays. It had a repeating beat to it in the middle of game scores that were not captivating to the reader. I believe that to get the most enjoyment out of this book that you could, you would need to be interested in game scores and football. Had he of cut that to a minimum, I think that this book would have been much more enjoyable. Now, in no way am I saying that Tim Tebow is a boring author, I just believe that some parts of his book are better than others. I think that his situations taught him how to work hard and succeed tremendously in life. He has accomplished what many people dream of. He even says that when people told him that he couldn’t, is when he was fueled the most.
