Two sisters and their voices telling their life stories over a period of 25 years. The book opens with the death of a favorite great aunt, and then you begin the journey of watching these young women grow and develop into their very different selves. One of my favorite things about the book was the title and what it comes to mean. Also, loved how the author interjected the title into the plot itself. If you have not read Three Junes by Julia Glass, I would also recommend it!
