The Dalai Lama's personal relationship with science and his campaign to find common ground between it and his spirituality. Not a very engaging read. Mostly a book of anecdotes... If you are interested in the Dalai Lama's life story as it relates to his Buddhism and his understanding of science, then this book is for you. It contains some insight into old Buddhist texts and how that philosophy compares favorably to modern scientific theory, which is presented from a layperson's overview. Insightful, but not overll enlightening.
