it was amazing

As a person who has taught first grade, I know that seeds and plant growth fascinate young children--it's like magic to them. This book is a wonderful introduction for pre-schoolers to the scientific side of this topic.

The pig, Mo, is adorable--but every page also offers a "prize" for young kids in the form of pull tabs, spinning wheels, and other interesting paper engineering feats. Most kids in this age group LOVE the interaction of a pop-up/activity book. Pictures are vibrant and interesting and will engage young children. This author knows her age group--and is a wonderful paper engineer and artist! Highly recommended!!
