really liked it
bookshelves: biography

I was so excited to see this book come out because I am a huge fan of James Garner. Especially because I watched the Rockford Files and continue to watch them. I also had the pleasure of meeting him when he did a talk in my building at The University of Oklahoma. You see I live in the town where he is from and this brings an even more connection for me. I love driving by and seeing his statue off Main Street in Norman.

The book was good. I enjoyed reading his stories but I found it very dry at times. I loved the fact that he has no problem talking about who he has issues with in this book. I have always though that he was a guy that says it like it is and this book solidified it for me.
