bookshelves: video-games, cyberpunk, dystopian, sci-fi

Written by a fan for the fans. Exploring the possibilities of when gaming will replace the internet and social structures that we now know, this fallows the story of the greatest easter egg hunt ever in gaming. Colourfully described and loaded with 80's pop culture references, it is a classic under dog story about friendship and perseverance. Having grown up with a healthy interest in movies and gaming that has extended into my adulthood, this was such a treat to read. Likable characters, adventure, non-stop rapid fire culture, and an evil enemy force to deal with made this a really well rounded book, one that I can suggest for any age group as long as they have an interest in gaming or 80's pop culture.
