really liked it
bookshelves: relationships, contemporary-fiction, romance, young-adult

I laughed, I cried, I swooned. I really, really liked it. Creative, quirky characters with Perkins signature fun way of story telling. I thought things got off to a slow start, and at times leaned towards the melodramatic (traumatized because you didn't get invited to a party by your crush? Hhmm... I thought the tragic-past-storyline could have been something a little more intense), and I had a hard time connecting with main character who I found selfish and overdramatic, but still. So many fantastic things to love about this one.
