A decent read about Polly's experiences while studying kungfu at the Shaolin Temple. It bordered on being too long and at times I struggled to stay involved with the book. And, there were times that I just felt he was a little too much the obnoxious American in a foreign country. But, overall, it is a good read and learning about the Chinese culture a little more and the world of kungfu was interesting.
