This was such a lovely and comforting story, like a fluffy blanket and a mug of hot chocolate in story form. Short, sweet, immersive and moving. An LGBTQ+ setting, with family relations and mental health at its core, handled with care and humanity and tenderness. A simple story but told with love, and it shows.
I had read many good things about Liz Jacobs and I wanted to give her work a try. I'm very happy that I did and this was also free! I can't wait to read her other books.
