I thought this had so much potential. While some of the stories in this book are pretty wild and help show that we actually have made some progress in the workplace, I found the book just meh. Surprisingly, it was the writing that just didn’t do it for me, as some other reviewers have said. It was just flat and boring. So much of the book just read like a list of names and their accomplishments without any creativity or even much to make you care.
I’m not sure this topic warranted a book. Or if it does, this book just didn’t do it justice. On top of that, it seemed sad reading about how so many of the women involved in the suit seemed like they felt like they just happened to be involved in it, not that they were passionate about it. 2.5
