it was ok

I didn't really like this book. It wasn't confusing, but at the same time it was. The plot was pretty boring, and the author kept switching point of veiws. For example, at one point it would be talking from Rosa's point of view, and then her husband's, and then the slave hunter's son. I didn't like that writing style.
