it was amazing

Fabulous book looking at the interactions of 4 areas of life: relaxation, eating, moving and sleep. It looks at improving your health and well-being by holistically addressing these areas.
Loads of practical advice and suggestions without loads of medical jargon.
I’d highly recommend it!
