Frank Yep, this was good. He does some amazing fictional stuff too. I've got some in French if you're intereste , very Jules Verne-ey.

Yooperprof Thanks, I would like to see some of his other stuff. I'm using the Trenches book in my Western Civ class this semester - and also Laika, a graphic novel about the space dog. My students will actually read graphic novels.

Frank Check out the Joe Sacco stuff at Peter White. Great looks into Palestine and Bosnia: they're real pieces of journalism.

Yooperprof I've also used the Sacco book on Bosnia for a European history class.
