Another Dickens masterpiece! My rating of 4 stars instead of 5 likely speaks more to my limitations than to any shortcoming of this deep and captivating story. It was difficult for me to keep track of all the different characters in the story until well into this lengthy novel, and you don't want to overlook any of the characters, as even seemingly minor players have a way of popping up and surprising you with their depth and importance. Although a challenging read it is a very rewarding journey. I fell quite in love with the heroes and heroines in this story and feel as I've lost some very dear friends with the closing of the book. As always is the case with Charles Dickens' novels the best and the worst of humanity come to life with humor, love, tragedy, and triumph all woven together into a beautiful whole.
