This is my April Early Reviewer book from Library Thing. It's released on August 5th and I am going to be recommending it to everyone. The book is a series of intertwined stories - the story of a "lost boy", kicked out of a fundamentalist LDS group at 14, and his mother, a plural wife accused of murdering her husband. It's also the story of Ann Eliza Young, 19th wife of Brigham Young and the country's first anti-polygamy crusader. Told in bits of fiction, excerpts from actual LDS documents and fictionalized narrative, it tells a truly compelling story.
