really liked it

Loved this. A very well done sci-fi/horror novella that definitely stands the test of time. Love the Carpenter movie too. The 2011 movie version sucked.

11811 (Eleven) Glad you picked this one up and enjoyed it. Tis the season for Arctic horror.

Char I just came across the 2011 movie version the other day! I had no idea it even existed.
I wish it didn't.

11811 (Eleven) I still watch the Carpenter film regularly. I can't seem to get sick of it.

Bill I just watched the Carpenter version with my daughter the other day. It’s a classic. She didn’t like it nearly as much as I do, but then again she likes the new Ghostbusters movie, so she obviously has questionable taste.

I never get sick of it. It's a masterpiece! From the music, to the tension, to the characters, to the effects-I mean even today, the effects look good.

Bill I watch it at least once a year. It's got to be one of my top 10 movies ever.

11811 (Eleven) I was gonna say the same thing. I watch it at least once a year.
