Beginning Boy Scouts

A good overview of the Boy Scout program in America (just boy scouts, not cubs, varsity or venturing). I think this would be a good resource for parents new to the program, as well as a useful reference as their boys progress through the ranks. It might be helpful to a new leader too, especially as a supplement to training. It is definitely not a replacement for training. I thought the leader section was a little light, but the book does give a good overall picture of the program. It goes into a lot of detail about the eagle project, which I think would be especially useful to parents.
