20.83% "Enjoying this so far -- really love the setting and mix of mythology. I don't think I've read any books featuring djinn -- I'm sure they are more out there, but it's refreshing all the same. Only negative is all the info-dumping. I actually had to put the book down at points bc I was so confused about who the Qahtani family is in relation to the daevas. I don't think I fully understood they're djinns too."
