it was amazing
bookshelves: artists-books, politics

For someone like myself who was aware of the political situation in Northern Ireland but underinformed of the political intricacies, this was a very educational bk. Top that off w/ an exceptional sense of layout & a printing by the artists at the Tyler Offset Workshop in Philadelphia & the result is extraordinary. I probably got this at the late lamented WPA (Washington Project for the Arts) bookstore in DC or something akin to it. Stores like that are definitely the place to look for rare goodies like this. At the time there were something like 12 different political entities - most of them armed & militant. No thanks to 'Great' Britain for creating this desperate mess w/ their sickening imperialism.
