This book is very literary and rambling. I couldn't get past 20 pages, but I've read enough to understand that sometimes a book isn't for me, not because it isn't a good book, but because it's just not my taste. It wouldn't be fair to rate it, as I'm really not the audience for this book.

I can only conclude that if you like literary mysteries sprinkled with violence, science, random details, you might enjoy this.

If you hate reading books in which the pacing feels like one of those "hollywood star tours"--full of stops and starts and winding around completely random streets--this isn't the book for you.
