I enjoyed reading this book. A lot of originality. When the book started and I realized this story is placed in the medieval times, I got a little disheartened. I must blame those racy and fast paced modern vampire books ! But boy am I glad I continued to read the book, inspite of my preferences. Thedryk's character is so heart-breaking. I wish there were more emotional scenes between Thedryk and Neva. The re-incarnation part of the story was also very interesting. I also would have liked more scenes to do with Neva's power.

That being said, the ending was perfect. Though, I wonder if there is any continuation to this story. Sure Vlad (Zach) might come back to this world.. And Van Helsing ??? really ??? Too much :D

I will say that if there is a sequel to this book, I will read it. Great job Miss Elliot !
