Microsoft Secrets is an easy and fun read. You don’t have to be a techie and it doesn’t matter whether you favor Microsoft or Apple.. It’s a fascinating look at Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and how Microsoft became the giant software icon it is. Jaworski doesn’t hold back in describing some of the politics and impactful business relationships on his journey as a key player in Microsoft’s success. You get a look inside executive meetings where multi-million dollar decisions are made. Dave brings alive key players and the personnel decisions that shaped the company and the software world. His business challenges at the end of chapters will be helpful to any business owner or manager. I think, however, Dave’s personal story, including family, faith and the roller coaster ride of emotions he shares, are the main reasons I thoroughly enjoyed the book and highly recommend it.
