First of all I'm a big fantasy fan,and I had a great expectations from this book. :) I love my fantasy books to have a map and a glossary with all the names on the end. That is maybe silly but I like it. So when I realized that this is not the case with this book I was a bit disappointed. But all that went away when I started reading it. The characters are written very good and the best thing about them is that their personalities are changing through the book. Because of that they seem more real to me because that is just the human nature,to change and not to be perfect. In some ways this book reminded me of R.R.Martin, but in a good way. It's not a copy and I don't see the problem if someone takes something that is good in one book and adapts it for another book. As in all I'm very pleased, the book is very dynamic and easy to read.
