What is there to say about Watchmen that hasn't already been said? My personal opinion! I thought it was a really compelling read. It's mostly about superhero psychology. In fact, even though there's an overarching plot, it's kind of like a series of profiles of very different sorts of masked crusaders. Why did they end up dressing up and fighting crime? What motivates them? Who are they really?

This book is often called "political" but I thought it was more about morality than politics. One of the best things about it is that it's filled with moral ambiguity. The good guys are put under a microscope and we see how difficult it is to see judge right from wrong.
