** spoiler alert ** Enjoyed this a lot. MC is Enola Holmes, Sherlock's little sister. Her mom basically abandons her, and she's looking for her. And she's also solving/rescuing the case of a boy who disappears, somebody Tewksbury. Fake psychic is the ransom note writer, though the boy actually just ran away from his ridiculously overprotective mom.

Enola leaves off figuring out (from ciphers and flower drawings from her mother) that her mom is pry with the gypsies, and she will continue to look for her.

I'd like to see if there are more in this series.
