really liked it

I thought I'd read Emma before, but I never liked it so much as I did this read. Anyway, I certainly was familiar with the story because of the movie, but no one can show the movie like Jane Austen can tell it! A friend of mine named her son Knightley after the hero, and he really is a stellar gentleman, but I loved Emma too even though she's so often wrong. I read this for a book club and could think of loads of questions to discuss from it. Only wish I'd saved them... It's thought-provoking in a light way.
