Lynne King Hi Riku,

How are you progressing here? The title is in fact true? If so, I could certainly use it. I'm a great one for running and then tripping up. I broke my elbow three months ago, now on the mend but I'm very nervous about even walking at the moment, never mind running. I would hate to fall over again!

So far so good. Injury woes have disappeared, but then again I have been focusing only till 10k distance last few months. Need to see how things go once the distance increases. Half Marathon season starting next week ;)
